Ringing In The Holiday Season Safely

As I am writing this, I am watching the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony in Atascadero going on across the street from Dignity Health Urgent Care in the Sunken Gardens. Very Beautiful! What a special time of year December is. Happy Hanukkah! Merry Christmas! This holiday season is definitely different from past ones. No holiday parties and no in-person family events.  Luckily, there is Zoom and FaceTime to keep family members and friends connected. Lasting memories can still be made even if at a distance.  We need to continue wearing masks, washing our hands and social distancing whether indoors or outdoors. If you haven’t gotten your flu shot yet, it is not too late! Dignity Health Urgent Care has flu shots available at no cost. 2020 will soon be behind us. Let’s celebrate the good times of 2020 and look forward to a vaccination for COVID-19 and a healthy 2021!
