employer must post—even if you only employ one person in California—and
mandatory updates to the CA Minimum Wage Notice, as well as the
Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave Notice.
In California, every business is required to post not only the Wage Order(s) that apply to its operation and the Minimum Wage Order where employees can see them but also 16 additional employment notices. And eight of the required 18 employment notices have mandatory updates effective January 1, 2023.
Be sure to display a poster in each business location and job site where
employees can easily see and read it. You will need both English and
Spanish poster versions if you have Spanish-speaking employees.
