Join us for Women of Influence North County (wINC) on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at SpringHill Suites Atascadero as we bring women from across North County together to learn, connect, and celebrate.
And this year, wINC is growing.
For the first time, we’re expanding the experience with the wINC Leadership & Impact Summit, an interactive morning designed to create meaningful conversations around leadership, growth, and the experiences women share in our workplaces and communities.

NEW for 2026: wINC Leadership & Impact Summit
We’ve always believed wINC should do more than recognize influential women. It should create opportunities for women to connect, learn from one another, and strengthen the influence they already have.
That idea inspired the new wINC Leadership & Impact Summit.
The morning will bring women together for an inspiring keynote, facilitated roundtable conversations, and a candid leadership panel focused on real experiences, practical insights, and lessons learned along the way.
This isn’t leadership from a textbook. It’s an opportunity to hear from women doing the work, share ideas around the table, and leave with new connections and perspectives you can carry with you.
Whether you lead a business, a team, a nonprofit, a community effort—or are simply looking for ways to grow—there is a place for you at the table.

wINC Luncheon
The heart of wINC remains our annual luncheon celebrating women who make a meaningful difference throughout North County.
Each year, community members nominate women whose leadership, service, vision, and accomplishments are creating positive change. From those nominations, up to three outstanding women are selected as our Women of Influence North County honorees.
At the luncheon, you’ll hear their stories, learn about the impact they’re making, and celebrate alongside more than 200 business and community leaders from throughout the region.

What Is wINC?
wINC honors extraordinary women across North County who are creating meaningful impact in their industries and communities. The program uplifts and celebrates these leaders while also serving as a source of inspiration for future generations and fostering valuable connections across the region. Beyond honoring today’s leaders, the event invests in tomorrow’s. Proceeds directly support AAUW’s Tech Trek program, helping empower young girls in STEM, while also helping fund the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce’s annual scholarships for graduating Atascadero High School senior girls pursuing entrepreneurial goals.

Alexandra Chamberlain
Executive Director, Tolosa Children’s Dental Center
With over 15 years of nonprofit work, Alexandra joined TCDC in 2017 as the organization’s first Development Director.
With an amazing supportive community, dedicated staff, and a passionate Board of Directors, TCDC continues to serve their mission and provide essential oral health care for thousands of underserved children each year.
Alexandra is a passionate foodie who loves to entertain, travel, camp and spend time with her family and friends.
Dawn Smith
CEO, Habitat Humanity SLO County
Dawn Smith is a nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience strengthening organizations and communities. Recently named CEO of Habitat for Humanity San Luis Obispo County, Dawn previously served as the organization’s Director of Development, where she expanded fundraising, donor and corporate engagement, grant funding, and community awareness.
Her career has also included leadership roles with the San Luis Coastal Education Foundation, Atascadero Chamber of Commerce, chambers of commerce in Colorado, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. An Atascadero resident, Dawn also serves on the board of the Central Coast Zoo Foundation.
Diane Cassidy
Director, Royal Family Kids’ Camp North County
Diane Cassidy is a longtime North County real estate professional whose commitment to community service extends far beyond her career. She has dedicated her time and leadership to organizations serving children and families, including helping organize Royal Family KIDS Camp, which provides meaningful experiences for children in foster care. Her volunteer service has also included CASA, Boys & Girls Club, senior-focused organizations, and numerous community projects and nonprofit fundraising efforts.
